The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority “(the Authority)” advises that an entity called International Exchange LLC is not formed or regulated in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Therefore, use of the address of one of its registered service providers is fraudulent. The Authority advises that documents provided by this company which indicate that it is formed, registered, incorporated, licensed or in any way affiliated with the Authority are false and forged documents.
The Authority strongly advises that persons should not engage in business with this entity as they may be subject to fraud. The Authority also advises that Forex/Brokers licenses are NOT issued in this jurisdiction.
