The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (the Authority) advises that SQUEEZECASH has not been issued a licence under the Money Services Business Act No. 27 of 2005 (the MSB Act) as amended by Act No. 25 of 2022 and is therefore NOT authorized to conduct Mobile Payment Services Business in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. To conduct Mobile Payment Services Business in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, a service provider MUST be licensed pursuant to Section 5 of the MSB Act. Further, Section 4 of the MSB Act prohibits a person from conducting money services business without the requisite
licence.
As such, persons who are engaging in business with this unlicensed entity will be doing so at their own risk.
