The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (the “Authority”) hereby
advises the public that Marella LLC, trading as Changelly, is not registered, licensed, or
authorised to conduct Virtual Asset Business in or from within Saint Vincent and the
Grenadines.

The Authority confirms that Marella LLC was cancelled on 25 July 2025 and has not been
restored to the Register of Limited Liability Companies. As such, the Entity has no legal
status in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

The Authority has received information indicating that the Entity is engaging in activities
which fall within the definition of “Virtual Asset Business” under the Virtual Asset Business Act, No. 9 of 2022. The Entity is not registered as a Virtual Asset Business and has not applied for such registration.

The Authority further advises that any representation by Marella LLC
(Changelly) suggesting that it is registered, licensed, regulated, or otherwise authorised in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is false and misleading.
