The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority “(the Authority)” advises that an entity called Unity Capitol Bank is not a licensed bank in St. Vincent and the Grenadines nor is it otherwise registered or regulated in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The entity does not operate at any address in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and the address represented as its address in St. Vincent and the Grenadines (snippet herein) is fraudulent. The Authority further advises that documents provided by this entity which indicates that it is registered, incorporated, licensed or in any way affiliated with St. Vincent and the Grenadines are false and forged documents. 

The Authority strongly advises that persons should not engage in business with this entity as they may be subject to fraud.
