303 SAINT VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS2004 NO. 34(Gazetted 28th December, 2004) IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 66 of the International Trust Act, No. 20 of 1996, the Minister after consultation with the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines International Financial Services Authority, makes the following Regulations:INTERNATIONAL TRUST (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2004

1. 
   These Regulations may be cited as the International Trust
   (Amendment) Regulations, 2004.
2. 
   The International Trust Regulations are amended by deleting the
   fees applicable to international trusts in the First Schedule and substituting
   the following:

      Annual Renewal Fee (Non-Refundable)
      Any other application
