The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority “(the Authority)” advises that an entity called GOLDEN TRUST Company is not incorporated or regulated in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Therefore, use of the address of one of its registered service providers highlighted in the image herein below on their webpage, accessible here: Regulator (goldentrustco.com), is fraudulent. The Authority advises that documents provided by this company which indicate that it is formed, registered, incorporated, licensed or in any way affiliated with the Authority are false and forged documents.
The Authority strongly advises that persons should not engage in business with this entity as they may be subject to fraud. The Authorityalso advises thatForex/Brokers licenses are NOT issued in this jurisdiction.
