The Financial Services Authority of St. Vincent and the Grenadines (“the Authority”) hereby notifies the public that the entities HitBTC, Htechno Business Ltd, and HiTech Digital Business Ltd are not registered, nor do they operate from within St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
On November 9, 2023, the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (BVIFSC) formally de-registered HiTech Digital Business Ltd. This action was announced in Public Statement No. 30 of 2023, published on the BVIFSC’s official website – Public Statement 30 of 2023 – HiTech Digital Business Ltd. | British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission. Subsequently, on March 20, 2024, the Authority issued its own Warning Notice against HiTech Digital Business Ltd, which is accessible on the Authority’s official website – Financial Services Authority St. Vincent & the Grenadines.
Following the de-registration and subsequent dissolution of its former BVI entity in 2023, HitBTC began citing Htechno Business Ltd, as its new service provider, claiming it is registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. However, this claim is entirely self-reported, and the Authority is confirming that no such entity is registered or operates within this jurisdiction.
The Authority cautions the public that any reliance on the legitimacy of these entities – as presented on their websites such as HitBTC’s “Banking and Legal Information” page – Banking and Legal Information / HitBTC is misleading and fraudulent.
Any documents issued by Htechno Business Ltd, HitBTC, or HiTech Digital Business Ltd claiming incorporation, registration, licensing, or affiliation with the Authority are false and forged. Members of the public are strongly advised not to engage in any business or financial dealings with these entities, as such interactions may expose individuals to fraudulent schemes and financial loss.
