The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (“the Authority”) advises the public that an entity operating under the name HorizonCFDs is NOT registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Any reliance on claims of legitimacy made by this entity – including those referenced in its Client Agreement (excerpt highlighted herein for ease of reference) and the use of a purported registration number 88102 LLC 2021 – is misleading, deceptive, and fraudulent.

The Authority further clarifies that it does NOT issue licences for Forex trading or brokerage activities in this jurisdiction. Additionally, the Authority does NOT regulate or license Business Companies (BCs) or Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) engaged in Forex trading or brokerage. Notwithstanding this, any BC or LLC registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines that conducts Forex trading or brokerage activities MUST obtain the appropriate licence or authorisation from the jurisdiction(s) in which its clients are located.

Any documents presented by HorizonCFDs purporting incorporation, registration, formation, licensing, or affiliation with the Authority are false and forged.

The Authority strongly cautions the public against engaging in any business transactions with this entity, as doing so may expose individuals to fraudulent activities and financial loss.
