The Financial Services Authority of St. Vincent and the Grenadines (“the Authority”) hereby notifies the public that the entity called TURBO TICKS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED / TurboXBT is not registered nor operates from within St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
TurboXBT expressly states on its official website (https://help.turboxbt.com/t-and-c) that it is not subject to any regulatory framework. Despite this disclaimer, the platform actively markets its services to international users while deliberately omitting references to any specific regulatory authority. It does not disclose a license number, lists no registered agent in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and instead provides a registered office address in Seychelles. The entity’s claim of incorporation in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is therefore considered a deliberate misrepresentation, seemingly intended to lend an appearance of credibility while simultaneously disclaiming regulatory accountability under this jurisdiction’s legal framework.
While TurboXBT claims according to their website (https://turboxbt.com/) to be incorporated under the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, their registered office is listed as “House of Francis, Room 303, Ile DuPort, Mahe, Seychelles.”This geographic inconsistency is a significant red flag. Legitimate entities incorporated in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines are required to maintain a registered agent within the jurisdiction.
Additionally, TURBO TICKS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED / TurboXBT was formerly registered with the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles, but was struck off their International Business Companies (IBC) register on April 22, 2025, pursuant to the International Business Companies Act, 2016.
The Financial Services Authority of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines categorically states that any documents purporting to show that TURBO TICKS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED is registered, licensed, or affiliated with this Authority are false and fraudulent.
The public is strongly advised not to engage in any business or financial dealings with this entity. Any such engagement may expose individuals to financial fraud and significant risk of loss.
