The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (“the Authority”) advises the public that an entity called St. Vincent Trust & Altin Yatirim Ltd. U.K. is NOT registered neither holds a Registered Agent and/or Trustee License issued by the Authority, in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Any reliance on a purported certificate and the contents therein as evidence of the company’s legitimacy is deceptive and fraudulent.

Any documents presented by St. Vincent Trust & Altin Yatirim Ltd. U.K., claiming incorporation, registration, formation, licensing, or affiliation with the Authority, are false and forged. The Authority strongly cautions against engaging in any business transactions with this entity, as individuals may become vulnerable to fraudulent activities.
